Speaker Responsibilities

When Applying

• Select one session of interest per submission
• Complete your Speaker Interest Form by the May 31 deadline

If Selected, You’ll Be Expected To:

Attend 3 mandatory virtual preparation meetings to support session planning, speaker alignment, and conference readiness.

These meetings will include:

Meeting #1: Speaker Preparation
Meeting #2: Speaker Training + Session Alignment
Meeting #3: Speaker Know Before You Go

Meeting dates and details will be shared directly with selected speakers.

Additional Meetings: Be prepared to meet with your session group independently as needed or as scheduled by the Session Chair.

(You may send a representative if you are unable to attend one of the required speaker meetings.)

Conference Sessions

Breakout Sessions will take place during the conference dates of October 21–25, 2026.

Session topics, speakers, and special experiences will continue to be added as planning evolves.

More conference details will be shared with confirmed speakers.

Speaker Registration Options

All confirmed speakers may select one of the following registration options:

Speaker One-Day Pass (Complimentary)

This pass is complimentary for the day of your scheduled speaking engagement and includes:

✔️ Access to Spotlights
✔️ Access to Breakout Sessions
✔️ Access to Panel Discussions
✔️ Access to your scheduled speaking session on your speaking day

The Speaker One-Day Pass Does NOT Include:

✖️ Meals
✖️ Conference receptions or special events
✖️ Gala access
✖️ Premium workshops or bonus sessions
✖️ Conference swag
✖️ Additional conference days outside of your speaking day

Speaker Full Registration (50% Off)

Speakers who would like the full conference experience may select Speaker Full Registration, available at 50% off Full Conference Registration.

This option includes expanded access to conference programming, networking experiences, signature events, and the full OneWe Reach conference experience.
